I have rolled using bats, shock tubes, rubber mallets and the fender flaring/rolling tool. I found the mallet and heat gun technique, rolled the lip well enough and did no paint damage. I got similar results using the specialty tool, if you take your time and heat the paint you can get a good roll in less time.. only negative about the fender/roller tool is you may have to unbolt some suspension bits to fit the tool if you have a lowered car with little travel.. the rear end of my 1000 was a bit of a pain.
This is before any rolling happened but i am scrub free at the same height. :)

hey guys,
As the title suggests i am chasing an Intake manifold for an oval port a14 to suit side draft webbers or similar.. i'd prefer a manifold to adapt a single carb but beggars can't be choosers so i'll take what ever is on offer. I'm located in adelaide but willing to drive or pay for post.
