It is becoming pretty obvious that this moron is only looking for a response.

How about we completely ignore the heap of poop.

I've just been given 4 X Dell'Orto PHF 36 Carbs. They are a motorcycle slide type ( like Amal etc) and appear to be in reasonable condition.
Does anyone know anything about them and could they be used on an A12 or A14/15?

I am gonna look at putting an L18 or L20B into the 1200.
I've got a 5 speed Skyline box from a C210--will this fit in the tranny tunnel?
Does anyone have an L series manifold to suit 2 X 1 3/4" SU's?

I'm pleased to see that our American Colleagues have entirely the right idea when it comes to spiders---use any and all WMD available. Snakes are not nearly as bad cos they're bigger and can't hide where spiders can.
Kill, I say, shred tear rip bomb and burn. There is only one allowable outcome for spiders.

(I am NOT paranoid!!!)

Before I go near the 1200 again, I'm gonna get 3 tins of Black Flag and go over the whole car. Spiders do NOT like chemical warfare and when it comes to spiders there are no rules.

Thanks guys.
The purpose of the question was to find out if it practical to use an A12 crankshaft in an A12A block for a cheap capacity gain

My first login.
I had a 1200 sedan, but it got too rusty so I've wrecked it for all the good bits. I'm looking at another sedan but the engine is pretty tired and the gearbox is noisy and leaks oil, but I'll probly put a 120Y engine and box into it.
How difficult will this be???
