My fan only works on the high setting, is there a resistor somewhere for the low speed, is it easy to get to?

I have a 1972 VB110. I need to repair the rear arches on my car. An inch or two around the lip would be ideal, rear half of each arch. The doglegs have been done. it is possible to buy repair pieces anywhere?
