Have an A15 + 5spd donor car. A Jan 1981 Datsun 210 Wagon. WPLB310FVG Eng: A15(s) Trans: FS5W60A HB37 Problem is, previous person started to dismantle engine bay for transplant, mainly disconnected the emissions/vacuum lines/etc. I'd like to get the engine hooked back up & get it running in this wagon, before pulling for the transplant. Attached are pics showing all of the miles of vacuum lines and crazy bits that my 1200 does not have.
What would be the fastest way to check if this engine is worth a swap? Would like to know it runs before going through the work involved. Also came with a separate Weber 32/36 DGAV 33A carb. Could this be easily hooked up and scrap most of the emissions hookups?
Or someone point me to a place that has pictures of where all these emission parts go. Have the technical diagram, but pictures are worth a thousand words. Thanks in advance
