datto8u whats the characteristics of your cam is it a pig to drive?

hi all,
im rebuilding an engine i got hold of, its got a cam in it that i dont know/cant find the specs on it. Im hoping someone here will know. its got CMRRR 3CD written on it. iv'e been told its from cook motor racing nz.?
