ive picked up a rebuilt A12 for free. is it better to put the A14 head on the A12 or keep the A14 in there???

how bigger ET time difference is the A12 with the A14, both with weber and extractors....my mate was gonna change over and wanted to know if he should go the A14 or A15??? i told him the A14 revs harder....right>>>??
