I once uttered the word "Jesus" while riding in my friend's 510 for the first time. We were sideways in second gear and having lots of fun! Also, sometimes I buy tortas from a local taqueria and I think one of the cooks is named Jesus but I don't love him, nor do I fear him...

Anyway, I live in Santa Cruz, CA and would probably be willing to take the little Datsun off your hands, it would be my second 1200.. You can reach me at:

Good day.

Hehe, I agree this thread should die but I just found this post by Mikali from 2003/2/17 9:50 while reading up on rotary conversions:

i love anything old school and to me rotaries are old school and loads of fun, best of both worlds own two with either combustion type that'll make everyone happy.

regarding convinience and power the rotary is definately the way to go.

lol...

Best suspension options for US sedan

Greetings, first post..

I just bought a 72 2 door sedan and I'm trying to figure out what my best bet is for a badly needed front suspension upgrade. I've been digging through the archives but I'm not that familiar with datsun/nissan models. So my questions are:

Whats the best bet for a front suspension upgrade on a US sedan? If Stanza then what years?
What's a 200B & 240k?
I have a friend who has a bunch of 510 stuff, are the struts/lower control arms an option on my 1200?

I'd love to hear about some junkyard setups on US cars. Trying to build a quick autocrosser on a moderate budget. Thanks.
