I have been told i can no longer keep the car, so it must go

Pretty rough condition, not complete but there have heaps of spare parts and panels aswell as all the glass pieces.

Minimal money wanted for either the hole car or just parts, make an offer

If no one grabs it soon it'l end up at the scrap yard

Ph 0400070040 for details

Mark

i know this isn't really the place to ask but i thought someone here would know the length of a 180b manual tailshaft.
reason is i'm building a ca18det 910 bluebird,
an auto180b shaft is the same lenght as a manual 910 one, and i need one that is slightly shorter bout 40mm or so.
if anyone can help us out much appreciated

i very much doubt that it will be the diff that goes first being a H190, i ran a H165 locked in a bluebird and it lasted bout 9months before snapping an axle.
my money is on the box going first, youll pull second gear out if you change hard enough
good luck to you and i hope you all the fun in the world with your locker

it think they just have a solid float and are put together better so they dont leak fuel but not entirely sure

i was using a series 2 bluebird L bblock and didn't realise that they have higher comp pistion in them around 9.5
i shoud have used a 200b motor as they are lower comp but it's too late to change it now. haven't had any troubles with the head since putting in copper gasket.

i just finished building a suckthrough turbo setup for an L block bluebird.
the only thing i bought was a turbo and exhaust manifold cost me $300.
i used the standard inlet manifold just removed the carby and made a pipe that ran from here to the turbo outlet.
for the oil line you can just put a t piece into where the preasure sender screws in.
when i first put it on it blew a head gasket so i got a 2mm copper gasket made for bout $120
runs sweet now on up to 10psi
no reason why an A series wouldn't be any different
i should really take it to get tuned but havn't got off my arse yet

this might seem a bit strange but a mate of mine just bought a toyota hiace van early 90's model and wants to get some power into it.
has anyone done any engine conversions in something like this.
they seem to have heaps of room in the engine bay(if you can call, it an engie bay, more like a ass warmer)
any ideas much apprecieted

that guy must be a pretty big tosser,

i rekon the only way will to be get the leaves reset.
youl have to take the front end apart and pull the leaf out of the x member the put a bit more bend into the leaf, or get some one who knows what their doing to do it for you.
do you have any pics of your car cos i'm wondering how low you can go before stuff bottoms out

not only are harnesses a pain in the arse they are more dangerous than the origional seat belt if you dont strap yourself in tight.
1200rc is right, run both.
have the mounts and eylets for the harnesses installed but use the normal seat belt when driving round town, saves you alot of hassels.
