Ive got to double check that the drain sits above the oil line. How far below the block is your oil return ziggy?

Cheers, i like how its turned out. The dump will run past the engine mount, basically straight through where it used to be

decided to have aplay with a turbo manifold. So the altenator has to be on the drivers side, the water pipe out of the block likely needs to be modified and the engine mount most defitely needs to be modified, which i have already done.

I really wanted to run it with a merge collector and pipes, just because i like them that way.

Looks good ziggy! space is soooo tight with these things and with the inlet and exhaust on the same side its a bit of a battle squeezing it all in! I really wanted to use a merge collector and make an individual runner manifold. It all fits ok, im hoping its not too low now, but i can alwas make another one.

Hello boys! its all been mentioned... bookface has killed forums, although forums are far far superior. its a bit sad really.

Ive still got my 1000 wagon and recently tacked up a turbo manifold for it. Need to sort out what im going to do with the inlet manifold yet, but i cant wait to have 150kw of a series pushing 660kg of VB10 around!

And herein lies the problems of chasing the 'best' design. boost changes everything, as does the cam, the ability to tune it manage the torque delivery etc. there have been some very basic designs that have made silly power it kinda depends on what your goals are and what restrictions you have in place (space/budget)

i love the look of the billet parts, but making a complete manifold might be a bit out of my price range. but if it makes a neat injector and rail setup and aids in the oval to round transition then im keen as!

this is very exciting stuff, its good to have some very skilled people playing with the old a bangers!

thaaaats what im looking for! so is anyone willing to share or sell or anything similar their design? i have a friend who is in the process of setting up his vary large multi tool 4 axis cnc machine. he asked for a 3d file which he called a step file?

So have a few guys drawn up similar ones? im looking for an oval port version and my setup is a gx port size, so id either have to tweak the drawing or hand port it.

id have to get a quote obviously, and i think its always the more that are made the cheaper?
