None taken. I don't really have time to finish the project as well as my new project. If it does not sell I will finish it up. But I would prefer the money to put towards my new project.

I have a 1973 1200 Coupe for sale, with a Toyota V8. The original plan was to put the Toyota into the car, so I am selling it as a project in the hope that someone might want to finish what I couldnt.

The car itself is a rolling shell, with a 5-linked H165 diff and adjustable coil over front, with adjustable lower comtrol arms. It has a profesionally fitted rollcage and rear strut brace. The car comes with spare front guards, fibeglass bonnet, doors, boot, and numerous wheels and tyres.

The engine is a 4-litre, quad cam, 32-valve V8. It has ported heads, mild cams suitable for road or track use, high rise inlet manifold, Holley 600 carb, extractors. It has just been rebuilt with new rings, bearings, head gaskets, cambelt, plugs leads. Comes with custom distributor suitable for use with a MSD 6-al ignition system. It is a potent motor with huge potential in the Datsun.

I am selling due to another project coming up. I would prefer to sell as a package, but would split. Im looking for $8000 ono. I am in Auckland, New Zealand.

I am just curious if anyone knows what power a H165 diff is capable of handling? I currently have a 5-linked H165, but am going to be using an SR20det, and I don't think the diff and axles will be strong enough. Does anyone else know of other diffs that have been used successfully?
