Hi Stinky

Tomorrow I'll post Photo of the Tank in the rear - it's a BIG 90 Liter that Fills with 78 Litres . LPG Price goes from 0,64€/liter till 0,88€/liter in different cyties ( gasoline is 1.58€/liter ) - so a Big Tank makes the difference .

Here my Example of LPG CONVERSION in Detail

LPG valve 1 : open/cut LPG coming from Tank to Vaporiser
LPG valve 2 : open/cut Gasoline to Carby ( both valves can be manually operated )
A : MIXER with Little Holes around - Sits over stock carby & under Air Filter Box
TAP : to regulate Lpg Amount + or - at High RPM
( there is another little screw on LPG Vaporiser to regulate + or - at Idle )

STOCK CARBY & STOCK AIR FILTER BOX

Hi jarrydsNIZ12

Try one of this : Works as an Extra Air Supply also Ralenti is Great ( rubber pipe on right goes to engine breath hole near the clutch .
( I took the idea from 2 stroke Yamaha DT 50cc Carby that has a pipe going to a plastic box under the gas tank ).

Hi zordmaker

I´ll try explain LPG

LPG 1 valve : open/cut LPG coming from Tank to Vaporiser
LPG 2 valve : open/cut Gasoline to Carby ( both valves can be manually operated )
A : Mixer with Little Holes around - Sits over stock carby & under Air Filter Box rubber .
TAP : to regulate Lpg Amount + or - at High RPM ( there is another little screw on LPG Vaporiser to regulate + or - at Ralenti )

* The LESS LPG on Carby - The MORE POWER ENGINE GETS * ( the opposite of gasoline )

SUSPENSION HELP REQUIRED

FRONT IS PERFECT :
USING "Datsun 1200 Front Suspension" at 120Y - it LOWERS 4 cm and gets HARDER .

MY PROBLEM is at REAR : With 75 liter LPG Tank + a LONG REAR , on Turns - REAR INCLINATES A LOT WITHOUT SLIPPING ( Just like a Citroen ).

What can I do at REAR SPRINGS to STOP INCLINATION ? ? ?

Hi reuby_tuesday

One mistake people do is 1st to CUT Rusty Part

- FIRST - DO THE NEW METAL PART
- SECOND - MARK IT OVER THE RUSTY PART
- THIRD - CUT IT OUT
- FORTH - WELD IT
