Hi Guys, ok so photo's are up under my name/post or whatever. The ute has just over 196000 k's which equals about 7000 ks per year. It has two sets of original numbered keys. The dash and plastics are like new. some minor ware and tare to the kick boards. I was there yesterday and it started with no trouble, IE no aero start no jump cables idles quite nice. It has been started over the last few years and run. The master cylinder requires a rebuild , has a small leak. I will try and have it back at my place over the coming weekend. please note it will be sold unregistered but in a RWC condition. any questions about the ute are welcome any thing about my friends treatment after his stroke will be told to #OOPS# off. I am selling this on behalf of my oldest friend and I am not being paid for my efforts. If any one wants to make a stupid offer I would suggest you think again as I am not a fool when it comes to 1200's. An original ute in this condition is a very rare find and it will be priced accordingly. Regards Ade

Hi Guys, I have not been on for quite some time and I need a bit of info. A very good mate of mine who recently had a stroke. I have said that I will sell his ute. Its a 1985 yellow and totally bog standard. I am pretty sure he is the second owner and also has very low K's. It still has the original wheels and black centre caps. no rust that I can see. I will be bringing it to my house for a detail and full tune and service ( its been parked for 2 years).
What are these going for these days, just a ball park figure. I will post some photos when I get home. cheers Ade 0409820633

I fitted H4 headlights and 100 watt spotlights on my 85 ute many years ago, With high beam on I had 460 watts of power, I could do xrays at night.
My first interstate drive to Melbourne and back was a breeze doing night driving

Does the new owner have an email address I have photos of the rebuild. It certainly could be my old one RHD right colour and from OZ.
Thanks everyone for the info, should have kept it and all my bits oh well
