I found it was really worth while to put good sound insulation under the back carpet.

Also make sure any exhaust that you fit clears the rear bumper and is not to noisy as you will get drumming in the cab very easy which makes them a pain on long trips.

Other than that always a fun car to drive and look pretty awesome at 4 inch ride height

Given thats its quite a bit of work to take the flywheel back out if you find you have a shudder it makes sense to do it now while its easy and accessible

That said I have only had it done with clutch upgrades

Last one I put in has to come out because I didnt do so and now has a shudder

I run this in my sunny works a treat with sunny bottom hose and corolla top hose

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/1106351629 ... 1436.l2649#ht_3102wt_1399

make sure you run the stone tray and make sure you buy the 1.6 radiator as it has the smaller hose fittings

oh and flush your block before fitting new radiator other wise you just ruin the new core

Valve springs oval port head oval port head/manifolds and ute diff 4.1:1 ratio and you would have a nice little toy that would rev when you wanted it but still return good economy if you stick with the stock cam

if you want a bit more fit the falcon Weber but make sure you spend the time to jet it up right or it will be hard to drive

you should be able to get the head and manifolds for a couple of hundred and the valve springs for hundred more diff probably couple hundred

pretty cheap fun good luck

I have used that method with my 1200 coupe but was looking for a quicker version on the Sunny

also as it an every day car wanted something that could be removed if I get to much attention from police

thinking that I will buy the flares and fit with some double sided foam tape and decided then if I like them

can always sell again was just hoping for some pics first

Not a big fan of the TS Cup flares as a lot of guard has to be removed I believe or you can still see it

Really want to just roll the rear guard out until 13x7 +0 fits with a 205x60 and then fit the flare over the top to make it look neat

Black wagon looks the part sort of what Im hoping for
