My guy cuts mild steel up to 12mm (maybe more i havnt asked) and SS and alu to like 5mm.

To get thicker alu he said i need to get it water cut.

I never looked into this further.

Obviously it depends on how powerful the machine they have.

Look around for laser cutters. I use a small laser cutter business and they are quite cheap. I found the big places dont want to know.

I usually get a fair bit done (ie 20 manifold flanges and 20 or so turbo flanges and other misc things ) but comes out like $5 a piece on average.

If theres interest for A series flanges I could probably arrange for some.

The spring perch will have to be changed.
I just installed R31 struts on my 808 mazda and it would be a similar process.

On a 1200 it gives some +ve camber apparently, so could be similar on a b210
