Project started 2003, almost finished 2006 and then had to garage while away: mission was a show car with street credibility, keeping it stock as much as possible. Credit to Feral Errol who directed the engine build and provided most of the project input, 'Erupt' the interior, Stu at Cavehill did the engine work. All done many many years ago.. Last year returned from overseas and then completed the last bits with a final tune. What an amazing car the 1200 is. We freshened up the motor and recorded 100hp at the wheels last week (ok 98.2, but close enough!), running the matching numbers A12 block. Thanks Mark Cooper for the great work lately, Phil at Bits of Italy also on the weber's & dyno. Looking forward to see you all out there.

Hello all, if you have a 1200 dashboard sedan or coupe, with or without instrument cluster, please let me know. Mine is beyond repair, so even if yours is not perfect, as long as it is salvageable, please contact. Thanks

sorry been on the road... i'm in Australia so a RHD dash and wiring harness. any type of dash but I prefer the rectangle that came with the sedans.
on the 63A, I have a close ratio box that was modified to fit a L series engine, need the front case part to fit back onto an A series engine.
any leads are appreciated.

Hi 1200 fans, I'm looking for a dash in reasonably good condition. This would be for the sedan. Not with circular gauges as for the ute & coupe. please PM me if you do. thanks

Thanks guys, makes sense. My A12 peaks at 8k rpm (a lot of work been done)...wild at high revs but sluggish from idle up 3-4k rpm, therefore trying to find an arrangement which can help on take off.
