hey people,

i bought myself an 83 ute off some old guy and i'm weighing up what i'm gonna do with it...(do up or sell?). Its only done 29 thousand k's and i think it's even on it's factory treads. it was a one owner before i snapped it up late last year.

it has some rust in the usual spots but it does have a small hole in the driver's side floor. nothing that cant be fixed, obviously. The engine runs smooth and almost silently.

I want $2500 for it but i really don't know what a serious Datsun fan might pay for a stocker with so few k's. Obviously a great project car for someone willing to put some time and money into it. Maybe the fewest k's of any 83 datto ute in OZ? it drives fine now but has just run out of rego.

i have pics of it but i'm new here and i don't know where to post them. email me at motopics@hotmail.com if u know how i can post pics or if ur interested in the car. (its in adelaide by the way)

thanks,

Dave

hey people,

i bought myself an 83 ute off some old guy and i'm weighing up what i'm gonna do with it...(do up or sell?). Incredibly its only done 29 thousand k's and i think it's even on it's factory treads. it was a one owner before i snapped it up late last year.

it has some rust in the usual spots but it does have a small hole in the driver's side floor. nothing that cant be fixed, obviously. the engine runs smooth and almost silently.

so anyway, is anyone interested? make me an offer and we'll see if it's enough to make me give up the idea of fixing it up myself.

(its in adelaide by the way)

thanks,

Dave

it has some rust around in the usual spots but it does have a small hole in the driver's side floor. nothing that cant be fixed, obviously. the engine runs smooth and almost silently.
