Hey, had to change out my alternator. Since it was my first one, I neglected to mark which wires were connected to what. So now with 2 wires left to connect I am wondering which goes where. To give a visual, I have one black wire, one white w/ red stripe, and one with prongs to plug into the alt. There is one post marked Batt, but nothing else marked, on my old alternator one was marked Batt and one with an "E", but i'm not sure where the black or white wire went...I am assuming that the white wire goes to the Batt post, and the black one to any available post for a ground. If this makes any sense to anybody and you can even give some help that would be great.
