Hi would anyone be able to help with a couple of prob's i am now having. 1. I am pushing the car hard then braking into a hair pin and the back starts bouncing as i brake and down change. 2. The back of the car is bouncing on hard cornering, could be to hard in the back spring area maybe?. 3. Am understeering like you would not believe.
Car has bluebird front end, 4degrees caster, a small amount of toe out and 2 degrees of camber. I am running 185 kumho slicks, ute rear end, gas shocks and reversed springs(4)
any help appreciated

Hey mate cheers for reply. I currently have a 1298cc 1200 coupe race car i have had for 15 years. in this at the mo is a A12 bored to 1298cc using 4G32 mitsi cordia pistons making it 77 or 77.9 in the bore. To do this you need to have the block sonic tested for any weaknesses as the room between the bores and gallerys is make or brake when started up.Also you will have to take alot of meet out of the piston skirts so they clear the crank, cant remember cam grind and keen to build another. the engine in the car racing at present puts a healthy 128 at the wheels and revs to 9.5rpm

Cheers for reply, but a downported head is when you block the ports up with alloy weld and then bore down on a angle through the top of the head(sleaved) about a 20 degree or so angle. apparently 30Bhp right there.
