maybe a different coolant might help. Whats the fins like on the radiator, and when was it last flushed out. should never be that hot unless there is something wrong. My old sunny after doing more then 750000kms was still running on the original radiator and never got that high even when driving up north in australia were temps are much higher then that. Or your thermostat might be goneski. Just a few things i can think of that might help

if i was still in perth i would give you a helping hand and am sure a few people in perth could. sounds like just a head gasket would do the job. The only place i can think of is riccadello motors in highgate (used to work there), it was a shell but i dont know if it is still going. basil the owner is a very good mechanic and have quite alot of good people there but dont know what sort of price you'd be lookning at but you could just give them a call to find out
