Re: VS Ute or Keep the 1200

i say depends what you need it for, if its for work or play.

I would choose the datsun over the commoboreas there are still plenty of things that go worng in a holden (now more daewoo than gm) and contray to popular belief, they are not that cheap to fix.

the datsun, if done properly should cost a lot less to maintain, insure and keep going till you eitiher know what you want to get or family dictates necessity to buy a 1200sedan , after all you can still fit 4 people in it... i can and still get to keep my dato lovin goin on (looking at it now... making me want fanta goodness)

keep the datto! u will regret it other wise. commodores are basically only good for doing burnouts. they are heavy as all $hit and handle like crap. but then..it would drift like crazy!

I've never seen a A-series datto thats not reliable OR costs big $$$ to fix.

Besides, even if something did go wrong, you could fix it with the money you save on petrol over a big commodore.
