ive struck a problem, std 120y tie rods arent quite long enough to bolt onto my new struts. im not sure what type of struts they are, but i got them out of a 1981 b310 coupe, also using b310 wishbone. ive posted a pic of one of them: http://datsun1200.com/modules/myalbum/photo.php?lid=1861 ...would b310 tie rods be compatible with my sterring rack or is there a way to use std 120y rods?

Thanks in advance

Karl

We are not many 120y experts, but I think for a 1200 you use the B310 tie rods with the B310 A-arms

i like your um er ummm brake hose set up . im assumeing you got the brakes out of a stanza or somthing im not familuar with the codes. i used the standard tierods on my 1200 ute no worrys except the taper is a little smaller and slops around in the hole for this i made a bush to space it out. im assumeing when you put it all together the wheels are pointing toe out badly? u should find enough ejustment on the tierod ends by ajusting both sides. you shouldent have the hole size problem i has cause i hear 120y has the bigger size taper like the stanza ect
