i have 2 1979 sunny's i am blending into 1 fine car, my problem is what to do with the motor, i want a little more poke, but i want to drive it to work everyday without having shares in BP. i dont need to do 9sec 1/4's. was thinking just a 2" exhaust and headers and a bigger carb. is this enough? has anyone tried running a small turbo at say 8psi through a basically standard motor? maybe i should change the cam too?

well i guess its all relative 1/4 times,,, the drags up here are all handicapped so in theory i could win them in a standard 1200 at 24 sec 1/4's as long as i maintained optimum reaction time and never broke my eta.
if nothing else it would be funny to watch. You can view topic.
