The problem with TRX rims is they are designed for a strut with negative scrub offset, whilst they may physically fit on older datsuns like 1200's 1600's and stanzas or their struts they will not have the correct steering geometry and handling will not be as good as with wheels with the correct offset for the older strut design.
Rims for older toyota's and mitsubishi's as well as older triumph cars and earlier datsuns offer compatable offset's and will work much better and offer a decent range when searching, just remember nothing front wheel drive will work correctly as they also use negative scrub offset designs. If you are using bluebird struts it can be an option with some mods. Rear studs for a Skyline or Bluebird will be longer as they used a top hat style disk that sat over the studs hence the studs are slightly longer,Subaru's also offer studs you can use due to their long standing tie up with Nissan

The other thing to remember is weight,I had Aunger Hustlers 6x13 on my Sunny van and when I found a set of Enkie comp 8 rims they weighed 5.2 kilo's as opposed to the Hustlers at 7 kilo's for the same rim size, the improvement to the feel and handling of the car was so great you really have to swap rims with someone back to back to appreciate the improvement, when you do you will never accept that compromise ever again and that was only about 2 kilo's.
Trx rims are heavy 1200's are light and these areas have a greater affect on lighter cars than with something like a falcon, tyre weight can also be measured before you buy you will be surprised how much tyres vary and you need only use a bathroom scale to check even at the tyre shop.

the offset on trx rims isnt really any different to any other 15s that ppl run on 1200s, maybe about 5mm more positive offset than most nissan rims. weight is also about the same as all other one piece 15s
but to the original question, with the correct wheel nuts and no spacers the stock studs should be long enough
