if you were after a JDM look wouldnt you not have flares?
dont think they were ever sold from the factory with flares. what flares you after? the wide ones like 120fly used to do or the not so wide ones like you can get from bprojects? id say the rears will need modding to suit the rear doors.

Yes, JDM is no flares.
If you want Tokyo drift style then fit the ZG flares from Bpro. Or go Grand Prix look by adding the Touring Sedan front air dam

matty seen your beast the other week at coledale looked good, was it lower then before? sedans can look weird with michael boltons unless u cover the rear doors.i would really think about cutting standard arches off a ke70 or mk1 golf and welding em on,golf ones are sick.can be expensive but, depending on where u get the panels from.i do know where some golfs are located but.

dont put bolt ons on a sedan..
or metal flares.. makes your gaurd height different and silly looking find your desired "jdm" look through other parts

extreme gaurd rolling looks good if you want the proper 'boso style', wheels 15x9 - 25 or so offset, problem is australian roads aren't too great for lowered wide offset cars.
and as for the chin spoiler if you want something different, i used a madhouse lip, made for ae86 rolla's cut in the centre and re-fibreglassed, was something different and personally i think it looked better then the mk1 golf chin spoiler that every man and his dog uses. something like this is nice : http://tailoutsx.files.wordpress.com/2010/01/mg_5651b.jpg

I agree they look good when done right but l18_b110 those 2 pics are 2door sedans I think the question is for a 4door sedan which is harder to flare!
That being said there are alot of minis, geminis, slrs, ect that are sedan and use flare, depends how far you want to go, I think alfa motor sport make a 3" kit but it's big and it suits there air dam, ect, zg style flares would work to I guess you would have to cut them to make them work!

A friend of mine cut & shut a set of Torana SL/R flare guards and fit them on his 4dr sedan. I forget the size of the rim/tyre combo he went with, but they fill them beautifully! Next time I'm up at his house, I'll take some photos and post them.
