H89 vs H891

Read Tech Wiki information on A14 Engine and it says these heads can be stamped either with a 89 or 891 numbers. So no difference in specifications? Is one for Asian markets and one for US markets?

H89 was not used in the USA market
The difference is a minor casting revision. Details unknown
