Parts wanted please

Gents (and the odd lady)
I require a couple of things and hoping someone here can help me out. First thing I need is a water pump pulley. I believe there are 2 A series pumps as I keep getting pulleys from the wreckers and they are the wrong ones. The one I need has a centre hole of approx 21mm. The distance between 2 bolt holes is 37mm (not PCD) Approx diameter around 120mm. Can anyone help me ? Second thing. I need a decent manifold gasket for the racecar. I remember a post about a Nismo or some such one but can't seem to find it. My port sizes are 30mm wide by 33mm high exhaust. 31mm wide 36mm high inlet (oval of course) Anyone know where I can source something for this. I had an extractor gasket but damaged it........and can't remember where it came from. My head seems to have all the holes in it for both manifold configurations so one with lots of holes prefferred.........lol. Any help appreciated.............thanks Neil

Yeah that was me and it was a Tomei gasket. I was lazy and forgot to go measure it but I will. I think it was 1300 yen or thereabouts. I'll check my pully stock too as I've got three different sizes including the one on my truck. I think one may be aftermarket though.

JTS in Sydney makes his own gaskets [well someone makes them for him] for the big port heads he sells..........they are around $22Au to $25Au from memory.

Neil,
Re the manifold gasket, all that I have ever used and never had a problem with is Locktite 'Master Gasket' on the inlets and high temperature rtv ( silicon) on the exhaust.Assuming that both your head and manifold surfaces are true this is a very good, cost effective way to go. It also pays to run your finger around the inner edge of the manifold to stop the sealant spreading into the port once the head and manifold surfaces are pulled together. The mechaniic who put me onto this ( a very accomplished rally car builder and driver) was adamnmant that when a gasket goes your are out of the event whereas if either of these sealants were to leak its only ever a tiny leak and never enough to force you out. Now I'm sure that some of the troops will dissagree with this but it has worked without fail for me on both the supercharged and turboed A14 and the SSS for the last 15 odd years. Hope that this helps Cheers Dave

OK I'll call JTS in the morning if I can find his # again.
Should be easier to get a gasket from east rather than Japan........at least I would hope. Any luck on the pump pulley ?
