I was just thinking this cause Datsun's are becoming rarer and rarer and it would be hard for younger car enthusiests to be exposed to Datsuns. Are kids still buying dattos?

I think that if you drive a Datsun, you are automaticly someone special, not just 'average'.

I had a 1000 ute for sale out the front of my house... every friggin 10yo that walked past wanted to buy it, they didnt have the money, but that didnt stop them asking. For weeks after they kept asking if i still had the ute for sale...

I'm 20, had datto's since I was 10-11

I'm 19, had my Datto since i was 16...

I've had other datto's before that (a 1200 wagon and a 120y coupe when i was about 13-14) but they weren't licenced.

Always used to check out every datto I saw too. (Looking back i dunno how many were actually corollas etc. )

Average - i guess this excludes the grandma datsun drivers.. lol

I know the Datsun will never lose it appeal to kids - they look awsome! But the fact that theres just not that many around anymore may cause kids to buy somethin else. I remember 10 yrs ago there was heaps of 120ys for real cheap - i bought one for $50. Now theres hardly any in the papers.

Datsuns have always been rare in my part, ther used to only be two including mine, now my cousin bought the other and took it to victoria, im 18 now and have had mine since i was 16, the liddle lads love it when i drive past and give em a little rev

Physically - I'm 32.

Mentally - About 12.
