My brother is selling his straight cut close ratio 4 spd dog engagement gearbox. He has been driving it on the street but has now decided to wreck the car out, usual story... to buy a house

We made 2 of these gearboxes, 1 each. He is asking $2500 for it and is in brand new condition, MUCH cheaper than would cost to get made. It is complete in a casing with heavy duty roller bearings, not std ball bearings (bearings alone were $300). Gearset is lighter than the std gearset and MUCH stronger.

Makes the same straight cut noise in 1st,2nd,3rd as a V8Supercar but is quiet in 4th as the gearbox drives through the input and output shaft. Therefore is quiet to drive around the street or Perfect to race on the track!!!

can you tell me the gear ratio's and what series box they were made for? will you ship to the states?

The ratios are-

1st- 2.50
2nd- 1.64
3rd- 1.25
4th- 1.00

Its assembled in a 56a casing as we wanted to keep them light...

I have received some PM's about the box... didnt think so many people would be so interested...
