WTB NSW/QLD - Tidy 1200 ute up to 15K

A mate of mine is looking for a 1200 ute to use on and around his property at Byron Bay. Has the money to spend on a good one. Not looking for a big HP weapon, just a neat, tidy ute that is easy to drive (his wife will also be driving it) and good on the open road. A CA18DE 5 speed would be perfect.
