Hey, just while I think of it, something that I think is worth noting ...... the NZ Datsun 1200 SSS is different to the other SSS assembled around the world .......

at new ex Nissan/Dastun NZ at the time they had .....
twin side draft delorto 40's.
nice extractors or headers.
a better cam charft grind.
a higher compression ratio - 10.5:1 (ISO 9:1)
lighter flywheel
and the engine's were ballanced.

plus various cosmetic changes i.e. mags, seats, steering wheels, door trims/linings e.t.c.

If this car is genuine SSS then it is very collectable.
(and no, I don't know the car or who is selling it).

Yes, I think NZ was the only Datsun 1200 SSS -- other countries had the P510 SSS, 411 SS, etc. Portugal had the Datsun 1200 S1.
