Hey Ladies And Gents. Just wanted to share a cooking experience. Bought some Kangaroo Mince today and made Spaghetti Bol for dinner with it. Really nice be doing that again.

Yeah not keen on bits of Kenworth Bullbars in me bol or Truck tyres etc. Suppose it would be o.k if i found a Datto badge wedged somewhere

ive done roo burgers... not bad if you cook to medium, anything more and its a waste as they taste like any other burger. Rare to med rare is even better

I've been meaning to try the mince, I tried the steaks but I cooked them too long just to be safe and they just didn't work for me.
Anyone tried Tripe? I love it, it's like everything you love about lamb without the grissle, your teeth just slide right through it

Roo steak is awesom!!
Must be cooked medium only other wise looses all its taste. A little salt either side and go for it..... YUMMY ROO

tripes great at yum cha... with chilli and ginger, goes well with the chicken feet and shrk fin dumplings... seriously.
