I found this one on a Japanese site whilst browsing around a couple of days ago. Looks to have IRS with airbags...

That used a displacement system with remote springs in the boot, kind of similar to the principle Citroen use but with springs rather than accumulator spheres. -Ed

OK.... back to the original topic.... Perhaps a stupid question--as I am a complete n00b--but is the semi-trailing IRS from S130 easily adaptable to a 1200? Quite simple and fairly common in a dime.

Yeah, I did but I sold it a few years ago. Wish I hadn't now though
 That one from the Datnats looks real straight and clean...big rims look good on it too.
