hmm that door looks familiar hahaha....thats basically what i have done with all my doors....cut n weld all the rust our, you may need to check just under where the door panels go is where i found heaps of rust too

i got the doors off jesse lol

there is a bit of rust in them and in hard to get spots like where the door cards sit
i have nearly finished one at the moment hope too have the other done soon


Any out there in WA that has sum original standard 12 inch wheels???????

ive got a 12 inch wheel to finish the set ,$1000 haha ,nah u can have it ,its got a raqg tyre on it too haha not much good though

Are you just pressure pack spraying all the fiddly stuff or using a spray gun?
Either way you're doing a good job on them!
My exterior paint job won't be that good!

i've been using a spray gun, i have a few different size guns
so its a bit easier to spray some of the little bits and pieces.
and thanks for all the comments guys

should have a bit more done this weekend on sat
so have a check of the post then boys....

alright guys i got a little done this morning before i had to work...
i just sprayed a bit of primer filler just to remove a few minor imperfections, still working on the rear and it to is nearly ready to be sprayed so i'm hoping to have it in paint shortly... heres a few pics of what she looks like now.... by the way got to love datsuns as they don't take up to much room in your garage lol

this is some awesome work, inspired me to pull stuff off that i didnt really want to lol i need to buy a compressor cus rattle cans arnt giving me the finnish i would like and would much rather be using 2 pack.
