EOI generally means expressions of interest doesnt it? therefore people can express whether or not they are interested, and if genuinely interested, they could call the number to talk more about it, and get a price.
on another note, the car will also come with a lot of spares, motor parts, gearboxes etc.
as for a ballpark price, just so there isnt any more confusion,$12 500. ballpark only there, chaps.
