Is there no room for a turn after the pipe exits the manifold? How are your welding skills? If they are satisfactory, why not zook up a header yourself? That's what I had to do to put a NAPS-Z 2 liter in the Chickenhawk. If the flange that bolts to the head is still good you're well on your way. Then you can make it go wherever you want it to. I have to warn you though, this isn't any cheaper than buing a new header. Good luck.
