Greg,
That is a GREAT looking wagon. The attention to detail really shows. That's going to be a great driver. I have a 1200 Coupe and a Chevy panel van (commercial type w/ no windows) and i think the wagon would be the perfect happy medium. (economy with capacity to haul stuff around) I really like the subtle mods you've done and the color is lookiing nice, too. People will see you coming for miles! Very, very nice.

Its quite simple really. When painting in a spray booth, you have limited room to stand back and look at the car. You also only have fluro lights. Different shade primers actually help you see how well the paint is covering. If you can still see colour differences in the top coat, obviously it hasn't covered well and needs more coats. How many cars do you see on the road with fancy but patchy paint. Fancy paint makes it even harder to see in the booth. 2 or 3 shades of primer is all thats needed to make it more noticable.

Sorry why would you sell that completely lush Sunny wagon to make way for a project on the E36 318 BMW....what happened to your brain...is it away on holidays. BMWs are total crap, go slow and are expensive...and you will have no support as the guys on those forums are no helpful at all. I dont know.....
