i think this cnc mill joby probably would be that hard if you had the alloy and an appropriate mill
all these reply's and no one has picked up the odd looking box under the radiator hoses me thinks that this lil sucker is dry sumped?

look to me like that... the inlet ports on a head are very close together.... on that manifold they are distant, theres a triangular shaped chamber for each pair, possibly not the best for flow if the two inlets collect into an open chamber before entry to head as it appears to me? maybe each is seperated though?
