A12 carby vs A14 Carby

So I have an A12 but have recently bought an A14 complete motor.
From what I can tell the A14 carby has a bigger top mouth and should bolt up directly. am i correct :)

You are correct. The A14 carb is probably jetted leaner, but give it a try. It may run just as good.
