ok so at the minute there is 13 datsun 1200 utes for sale on carsales.com around australia

the average asking price is nearly $12,000. which begs the question....

is anyone paying that much?

I'm only trying to get 8k for mine which I think is a fair price.

in my opinion a lot of the utes advertised are worth the asking price.
especially when you consider the cost of building one (anyone who has will know what i mean)

im just curious to know if utes are actually selling at these prices?

I nearly bought a 1200 ute at auction last year, it had rust in the rails but otherwise visually looked really neat, I bid up at $1500, a panel beater ended up buying it as another dato loan car.

I've never paid more than $800 for a datsun... and that was a stanza.

Most expensive 1200 I bought was my coupe at $500 with 3 months rego.

are you talking ca18/sr20 datto utess or A series datto ute's

good ca/sr ute's would be that or higher imo

10 max for a realy nice a15 ute imo most seem to be around the 6
