Which Stage you should assemble the car while painting

Hi Guys
In which stage should i start to assemble my car parts like Windscreens Door Glasses rubber beedings door locks winders door handles engine gearbox etc 1. after the primer coat 2.After the base coat 3.after the top coat 4.after the clear coat thanks regards sumith

do everything after the clear coat. after all painting has finished so that you get paint covering all of the body and panels and no overspray on anything like glass/rubbers etc.
