Holy crap I can get 17x7 Chromies plus tyres for only $1000 I think you should rethink your price.

price is a bit high but almost justified i believe
properly spaced and sized wheels (and 3 piece) would be a legal and better puchase than 17 by 7 chromies with are illegally sized and pretty poor on the fashion stakes anyway.
Simmons quality is way ahead of most wheel manufacturers..
$800 to $1000 would be a realistic price range as you can get them made without tyres in this sizing for around the same price.
good luck with the sale, they are a classic street wheel combo (i owned a set once and they are tough wheels)

A new set of simmons b45's cost about $2200.

But simmons have stopped making them, because the person that owned the rights to them left.so there will be no 15 inch b45's ever again.

If you are interested make an offer.

Thanks unfamilia you said things that i would have otherwise had to say.

Where did you here this from......I know Tony Simmons personally, and I can guarranty that Tony still runs the show at Simmons wheels.....

To my understanding the desicision was made purely on the wheel market and the nature of sales. basically the demand for 13 / 14 / 15 inch wheels is just not there anymore compared to the bigger wheels on the market. However simmons still offer reworking of the smaller size wheels be it via third party businesses. There is still a large amount of spare bits and pieces at the factory.

they still make the B45, just not in 15". Just like the stopped making the F15 5 spoke in 15" etc etc. Nothing to do with licencing, just keeping their range up to date and discontinuing sizes as sales volumes drop. I remember when they used to make 13" wheels...

ah, Benny beat me to it.

On a side note. Tony still runs one of the first sets of wheels he ever made on his club car....good old 13's. Mid to late 70's from memory.

That's what was said to me by simmons. But a drop in sales is a better reason.

I would love some 13'' simmons wheels.

Yeah.. $2200 for a new set via the company that bought the 15inch Simmons business.

Retro Wheels
74 Roberts Ave
Mortdale (Sydney)
NSW 2223
Phone 02-9570 3033
Fax 02-9570 4055

So it is a good price, especially if they fit your particular config.
