Yes that is very true. A pushrod engine sound much more raw and bigger cams sound much lumpier. Example a L-series next to an A-series both with 35/70. L-series you can tell it is a llittle lumpy but doesnt sound anything special. A-series will be sitting there with much more noise and lumpyness sounding very tuff.
