OK today I was installing my new wheels and tires and go to start my car and notice that there's a huge fuel leak coming from under the car so I immediately turn it off and try to find the spot where it's coming from.

Here I find these 2 lines attached by zipties and 1 line is leaking.

The other picture indicate were the lines are coming from.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Those are the twin carb overflow lines. The carbs are not supposed to overflow, but if the do, that's what the lines are for.

Did you just change the fuel pump? If so it's probably too high of pressure for carburetors. Carbs, including Webers like 3psi fuel pressure.

The one that's overflowing is the one closest to the radiator, the only thing I did was install new air filters.

I think the float is stuck, now how would i fix the float?

Use a 3/8 socket extension of a pair of pliers. Rap on it medium strength right here on top center of the float bowl:

Float bowl: right side of photo

If that doesn't stop it, undo the 4 bolts and remove the top and inspect it.

Does your engine has the flat-top carbs (A12T) or round-top carbs (A12 GX)?

float blow Top looks like this, pretty much the same as a downdraft carb. It uses the exact same fuel inlet valve as the single carb unit.

Here's the brass float. Shake it, if it feels like fuel is inside then it probably has a hole in it and sinks too far to cut off the fuel

You can either repair it, or purchase a replacement float which is $13 from Nissan. See Float repair.
