The A14 block will need slight notching for any stroker crank. Pistons are very different. Rods are the same.

Pistons are available from many piston company, such as JP Pistons in South Australia or Venolia Pistons in USA. Cast pistons are not expensive. Forged ones cost substantially more but for 120 hp are not needed.

Using Subaru off-the-shelf 79cc pistons used to be popular, but cost more than custom-made pistons.
