Gday guys its time for me to sell well pretty much everything! Im moving to melbourne in the mid of Feburary for uni/tafe/work so its time to get rid of both the cars and everything Datsun pretty much...

I'll be updating this daily as ive only gathered and started on the ute as of present and the bits going with the ute so here it goes:

Item: 1974 Datsun 1200 ute
Location: Tassie, Launceston - and Melbourne in 1 month
Item Condition: Good cond. for age
Reason for Selling: Moving, money!

Engine:
Standard fresh A12 with full gasket kit replaced not 4000k ago, with new filters & planned/pressure tested head.
32/36 Downdraught weber
Datrat 'hi-tech' extractors on to 2" sports exhaust (finishes under tray)
GT40 coil
Gemini Radiator with 8" thermo fan

Driveline/suspension:
Reco'd 56A series 4 speed with new seat, great condition with very tight throws
New std. clutch/pressure plate
Std. diff (H165 i think?)
Complete sunny front end inlcuding:
- complete struts (tops, monrue GT gas shocks, 2" lowered King Springs - very stiff)
- complete disc/brake assembly
- radius rods (new polyurethane bushes)
- LCA's (new polyurethane bushes)
- 120y sway bar (new polyurethane bushes - mounts and links on LCA's)
New longer wheel studs on the front
Supposedly this convo gives you 1-degree of camber
Std drums on rear with new shoes
2" lowering blocks in rear
15" TRX rims riding on 195/50 tyres with 8mm spacers (rims do tend to rub slightly at front on back guards)

Body:
Bare metal respray in Ford Metallic Blue
Only rust ive found is under the tailgate and at bottom corners of the inside of the doors
Small amount of bog found in rear left quater panel (not buffer out properally)
Shaved side vents
Shaved bumperettes
Shaved rubber things on inside of rear number plate assembly
Shaved tray hooks
New tray (previous owner welded new cross beams across the whole show)
Rechromed front sedan grill & headlight surrounds
New front bumper
Tray been resprayed in white

Main damage to body is front apron, previous owner nudged a wallaby but i have a spare apron that is supplied, rad support only bent in bout 1 - 3mm. Paint chip on bonnet & left door, and about 3 - 4 little paint cracks on whole car
Overall very good backyard spray job thats lasted 4 years very well in Tassie conditions!

Interior:
Fully retrimmed interior with: new headlining, carpet, back firewall (now carpeted), door skins (2tone leather), dashboard (white vinyl).
Dash cluster sprayed in body colour
Sony Xplod headunit with 6X9 Kenwood's in the doors
Aftermarket bucket seats
Short shifter gear stick
Autotechnica wheel
3 gauge cluster (professionally wired up) - Volt, Oil pressure and tacho
Complete new rubbers thruout
Central locking unit

Comes with a box of spares seen in photo, 2 spare tyres, front apron, window visers, set of other new bushes.
I have many other spares that i will post up so if buyer needs - a price can be worked out

Although not a quick CA convo this ute attracts a HEAP of attention, i get tons of interest about it - for some reason people thinks its got a boxer engine note to it

The undercarriage is ok, it used to be a farm ute so it has a few dents on the chassis rails but nothing bad is what the engneers tell me!

Oh and im looking for $3800 ono. that includes all the spares shown and maybe a few more if im persuaded

Yea mate not a problem, im sure for a fellow datto owner we can figure out a better price/better gear to go along with it
