Ok bringing this thread up again with some into on another engine every potato head points out to be the ideal engine when in fact its way heavier than a ca18det which can make as much power with little work and more with less.

The over rated engine is.....

Honda f20 or f22 fully dressed = 158kg!!!!

And the lightest is the K series by Rover

Toyota 2zzfe fully dressed = 137kg
(this is the engine i wrongly recommended not knowing it was such a porker!)

i believe it's a rubber band motor, Timing belt not chain, and the deck height is taller for ca20 than a ca18, the tooth count would be a problem, like L16 L20b, different chain...
