woohooo got my hands on a set of TRX discs already on H165 axles ready to bolt up, handbrake cables are already calibrated n all! calipers are like new condition so im stoked. Detail them up nicley and ill put them in asap with pics up soon.
Do you have a pair of Bluebird rear axle shafts with the whole disc brake setup on them & you plan to install this straight into your 1200 ute rear axle housing?
This is where it falls apart.
The Bluebird axle shafts are quite a bit longer than the 1200 ute ones, so you will need to remove all four wheel bearings & remove all the brakes. Then you assemble the disc brake back plates to the ute axle shafts & install new bearings & collars. This will allow it all to bolt up.
Next, I hope that you got the brackets that support the inner end of the rubber hoses that are attached to the calipers as this will make it easier to duplicate the original Bluebird setup, & you will need to duplicate it.
You must NOT run steel tubing direct to these floating calipers as you risk cracking of the pipe, & loss of rear brakes.[It's also illegal]
The hand brake cables from the Bluebird will probably be too long, but you should be able to make your original ute ones work without too much trouble.
Good luck.

If all you want is an H165 LSD, then read
this thread. It sounds like a bargain to me for a custom made H165 LSD
