If it is a standard A12, round port manifold, then it would not work on the oval ports of the A14 head. The A14 also uses two studs to secure the top part of the inlets to the head, on on the upper outer edges of the runners, while the standard A12 manifold is secured with a single stud in between the two intake runners at the top.

If the manifold is for an A12 GX, then it will work on an A14 head.
