steering tie rods

I'm in need of some longer steering tie rods. After lengthening my bottom arms which some may have read about, I'm running out of thread on the tie rods
the sunny ones are 170mm long, if anyone knows of any other datsun or any car with longer tie rods that would work I'd be very appreciative. Cheers.

get yourself a new set of inner tie rod ends they will fit on the outside aswell and add about 30 mm a side from memory i had to go the other way when i shortend mine to fit a larger offset rim

thanks for the reply john- you're on the money! 31mm I measured. I figured it out this afternoon after staring at the sunny steering for a while until the penny dropped!
so what exactly did you do? shorter bottom arms or different steering arms or what?

i have 8inch rims on the front of mine and to keep them under the gaurd more i shortened the lower control arm and moved the tops in 30 mm
