yup....
the blocks lift the axel housing above the leaves. how big are your blocks? if there only small you can get bigger ones, like 5 inch....but i think it'll have you riding on the bump stops. so if there is a block in there like you said your car is already lowwered but mabye you could lower it more by swapping the existing blocks for bigger ones aval. from pedders or East Coast Suspension (kirrawee).
Best option though is to take the blocks out and reset the leafs i rekon. but its all your call.

my blocks are about 3.5 inches!!! but i want my car lower! it doesnt seem to have lowered anything! but i can tell its not stock! but still want my car low

3.5" should be pretty low.... but you could get custom lowering blocks i would asume. how low do you want it? like 2" off the ground put some pics up of it.

the 5" ones are recomended for hiluxes and bigger cars but i dont see why it wouldnt fit a 1200 ute apart from the fact that you might be draggin your car around on the ground
